INNALYSIS Most Innkeepers spend much of their time and energy publicly taking care of their guests and privately taking care of their often fragile properties. As it should be the, the focus is on their guests and their investment. However, in performing admirably as “Innkeepers”, it is so easy to lose track of the larger worlds of travel and hospitality. As Inn Consultants, Hiler Hospitality stays involved with those larger worlds. In the Hospitality business, this is a time of accelerating change in technology, marketing and travel trends. We see changes in guest tastes and desires and broad changes in the direction of the Inn Business specifically. Our goal is to help you adapt your Inn to these changes and help get you caught up. We have a program which we call Innalysis. We will overview all aspects of your business to help you respond to new technology changes, marketing techniques and evolving guest tastes. We start with a review of your financial performance, your website and your marketing programs. Then we visit the Inn for an overnight stay, ideally when the Inn is in full operation to review service standards, décor and the physical plant. For full-service operations, we will evaluate labor and food costs, menu planning, beverage programs and overall dinner service. The fee for the Innalysis program for Bed and Breakfasts will start at a base of $750, plus $75 per room, to a maximum of $1500. For Full Service Inns or stand alone restaurants, the base fee will be $1000 with an additional $75 per guest room, to a maximum of $2,000. We are confident we can help your business by reducing costs and/or improving your income by at least the amount spent on our program. If you are not completely pleased with our Innalysis service, we will refund your fee, no questions asked!
