LONG-TERM CONSULTING These services are intended for Innkeepers looking to limit their involvement in day-to-day management of the Inn, while continuing to benefit from ownership. When accompanied with a refinancing of the existing debt in the Inn, the program can create a source of tax advantaged retirement cash flow. The ultimate transfer of the Inn could be deferred for a specific period of time or included as a part of an overall estate plan of the Owners. As with all of our consulting programs, we start with our Valuation process to determine where the current business stands in the National marketplace, and to provide both the Owners and our Management Team with a comprehensive overview of current operations. After we have established the Valuation, we would meet with Owners to review the current status of the Inn, and our recommendations for future improvements. If a decision is made to move forward, we would develop a comprehensive management plan for the Inn, including income and expense projections, capital requirements, as well as a set of operational and financial goals on an annual basis. As part of the Management Plan, we would review refinancing options available to the Owners, and recommend an appropriate financing structure for long-term operation of the Inn. We would also set realistic cash flow projections for the Inn and its Owners. After we have established a Management Plan, we would identify, train, and place a qualified Innkeeper team, who, with our management guidance and oversight, would stabilize operations and manage the business according to our projected financial model. We would oversee operations through periodic visits and regular financial reporting until the end of the established contract or until the Inn is transferred. The cost of the Long-term Management Consulting Program will vary depending on the services desired and the time commitment required by Hiler Hospitality, LLC. After an initial consultation, we will prepare an individualized proposal. Fees may include an initial set-up fee, monthly payment and, where possible, incentive based compensation. |
